Portugal's Golden Visa
The Golden Visa, also known as the Investment Residence Permit, aims to attract direct foreign investment to Portugal, focusing on third-country nationals (non-EU citizens).
To obtain this permit it is not necessary to first obtain a Residence Visa as long as an investment is performed by the applicant.
Since the family group right is granted to direct family members, applicants may be accompanied by their families. The Residence Permit includes the work allowance in Portugal as well.

HOW TO INVEST?
8 DIFFERENT INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES:
Acquisition of REAL ESTATE with a value of at least €500.000,00
Creation of a minimum of 10 PERMANENT JOBS
TRANSFER of CAPITAL of at least €500.000,00 in INVESTMENT FUNDS or VENTURE CAPITAL FUNDS
TRANSFER of CAPITAL of at least €250.000,00 to support ARTISTIC PRODUCTIONS and NATIONAL CULTURAL HERITAGE
Acquisition of REAL ESTATE with a minimum investment of €350.000,00
TRANSFER of CAPITAL of at least €1.500.000,00
TRANSFER of CAPITAL of at least €500.000,00 by investing in RESEARCH
INVESTMENT of at least €500.000,00 for the creation or reinforcement of EQUITY in a COMPANY
